Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy:
- We do not offer refunds for website-making services. However, we will make every effort to rectify any mistakes or issues with the website that may have occurred during the design and development process.
- In order for us to rectify any issues with the website, the client must notify us within seven (7) days of the website being handed over to them. After this time, any issues or mistakes will be deemed to have been accepted by the client and will not be eligible for rectification.
- If the client does notify us of an issue or mistake within the seven-day timeframe, we will make every effort to rectify the issue in a timely manner. However, please note that this may take some time depending on the nature of the issue.
- If we are unable to rectify the issue to the satisfaction of the client, we will offer a credit towards future website-making services provided by KUZA BRAND COMPANY.
